1983, at Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, known as steel hub of India and is
located about 250 kms north from New Delhi, Capital of India. The company is
involved in manufacturing & supply of high quality Alloy Steel
(Adamite), SG Iron Rolls & Rings, Steel Castingss, Forgings, Machinery
Parts (Heavy Engineering) Stainless Steel Castingss, Shaker Hearth Trays,
Alloy Steel Ingots etc. upto 50 MT Single Piece. The company adheres to

The sound of the bell is considered to be highly
auspicious & blessing of Hindu Gods and Goddess. Paying homage to such
believes, India's largest bell has been built for Mata Maya Kund
Rishikesh, Costing around twenty lakh rupees, it has been sponsored by Vimal
Alloys. The inspiration behind the noble thought is world renowned
philosopher Rajguru Mahant Godgiri Maharaj.
Taking almost two and a half months to make, it is a high mix of brass and
weighs 56.1 Quintal. Before it was established at the Kund, in the month of
October, the bell was taken around the city by the devotees. To grace this
occasion Chairman of Vimal Alloys Mr. Vimal Vinod Bansal and Directors of
the company Mr. Varun Bansal, Amit Singhal, Mohit Vashishtsh, Mohan Tiwari
and other management staff were also present. This occasion was covered by
various media including one that has been highlighted above.

testing machine of 40 ton capacity, Brinell/Rockwell, Poldi hardness
tester,impact testing machine and profile Projector.
- Metallographic Testing : Metallurgical Microscope and
related accessories to evaluate macro and micro-structures.
- Sand testing : Modern facility to check the sand
strength,permeability clay content,hardness etc.
- Non-Destructive Testing : Ultrasonic testing machine,
Magnetic particle inspection equipment, Dye Penetrant testing, Pressure
testing and radiographic testing etc.
- Dimensional Inspection : Vernier calipers, Outside
micrometers, Cylinder bore guage, Height guage etc.

- The melt is treated with Argon so that the best quality and clean

- Confirmation of Chemical composition is done by checking the samples
from the liquid melt to the finished product and the test bars at well

- Four Heat Treatment Furnaces are fitted with most modern temperature
controlling equipment to ensure proper heat treatment cycles for
different ALLOYS and GRADES
