Forged Shaft - Chill Rolls

Forging is a process wherein the material is hammered according to customers requirements. In this process Ingot is heated in a furnace & then forged. Our in-house Testing, Heat treatment & machining facility also allow us to deliver quality forged shafts for various applications.

We are capable of producing rolls weighing up to 4 MT with diameters ranging from 160 mm to 600 mm. The different type of rolls that are casted depending upon their particular application needs include:

Double Poured chill Rolls fitted with Steel Shafts (DPCC)

These Rolls are made mainly for the following applications:

Compound Mixing in Soap, Chocolate, Paint Industries etc.

5.	Hollow Chilled Rolls	Applications: For Rubber Mixing Mills, Flour Mills, Soap, Ink, Paints & Confectionery Mill etc.
6.	M.S. Shaft fitted Rolls	Application: For special quality of sections like Angles, Channels, girders etc. For Paper, Straw Board & Card Board Mills etc.
