We have more than 25 years of valuable experience in
providing rolling mills / rolls / rings. These products are manufactured as
per highest possible standards considering the requirement of today’s
much demanding rolling mills. The high quality melts as well as precise
composition control along with various heat treatment cycles are maintained
during manufacturing stage.
With our capability to supply as per Indian, European and other
International standards, we have the capibility to meet special requirements
for Rolls & Rings, Flanges and Shafts. These products can be offered in
up to 15 MT single piece finish & even more as per customer’s
requirements. Our in-house machine shop allows us to deliver products
different dimensions with optimum finish.

other international grades. Even more as per requirements.
Appropriate grade and optimum temperature and Reduction is the
key to quality. With in house machine shop, Rollings, Re-Rolling
for various applications.

Alloy Steel Base Rolls
We offer high quality steel base rolls
alloyed with Adamite or Cr-Ni-Mo (Chrmium, Nickel, Molybednum).
These rolls are statically cast and undergo high temperature
heat treatment comprising of annealing, normalizing &
tempering cycles. Our alloy steel bases feature high mechanical
strength, excellent finish and high wear resistance properties.
The higher alloy content in these roll as well as the presence
of graphite in the form of spheroids provide in them optimum
finish standards. Most nodular iron rolls are chill cast that
are a result of hard working layer and softer nects. Further,
the alloy content is also precisely controlled to provide a fine
& well distributed graphite nodules as well as refined
carbide in generally pearlitic or bainitic / martensitic matrix.
The Higher alloy content Cr-Ni-Mo also makes the rolls tougher
and wear resistant.

Application :
Due to excellent combination of neck strength & wear
resistance, these grades of rolls are standard choice for:
Roughing to intermediate and pre-finishing
stands in bar & rod mills
Light to medium sections mills (Pearlitic)
Further, the high alloy content also makes this grade
ideal for:
Finishing stands for almost all applications
of bar, rod and light to medium section mills (Acicular Grade)
Further to meet the special requirements, we can also
offer indefinite chilled Iron Rolls & definite chilled Iron Rolls for
Pre-finishing & finishing stands for some bar & rod applications.
